The effectiveness of Taoist magick depends on:
Your payment is treated as an offering to the gods, not a simple transaction. Once the magick work begins, the offering is already accepted in the spiritual court—therefore refunds cannot be provided after the 24-hour window.
After placing an order, you have a 24-hour window to request a refund.
Many magick preparations begin shortly after we receive your order, even before you see visible results on your side.
For ordination-related orders:
Even if you have not submitted your information yet, your place and Taoist name are reserved. You may continue when you are ready.
All class or workshop purchases are non-refundable. Preparations begin immediately after your enrollment.
Divination orders are final and non-refundable.
Divination preparations start right after your order, including spiritual setup and connection to the gods.
In rare cases, exceptions may be made at the discretion of Chi in Nature LTD. Spiritual work cannot be undone like a product return, so exceptions are limited.
