After you have chick’d the FU HEAD on the lunar 1st, you will burn them into a bowl and make FU WATER. Drink the FU water, and then do your sun kuet without shooting it out to let the power run through all the sun kuet you can access at your level.
After that, you can sit in front of the altar to do 10mins of heart spell cultivation or other things to use the power you have just gotten from the court.
