What Are Evil Essences 邪精?

Essences 精 are like tiny particles that come to you and turn into ideas. When you ask yourself something simple, like “What should I eat tonight?”, essence comes from your own Yuen Sun and manifests into many ideas — like bubbles floating above your head.

When Essences Turn Bad

When someone is haunted by bad essences, they still have ideas, but these ideas are harmful, unhealthy, and dangerous.

In more serious cases, people even start to have visions. For example:

• Seeing yourself crash the car while you’re driving
• Seeing yourself jump off somewhere high
• Seeing violent or self-harm images

These visions may not be acted out right away, but if they are not cleared, they keep coming back and make people afraid of doing normal things in real life.

Essences Can Stick to Objects

Sometimes people unintentionally talk to random things — a rock, a tree, a statue — asking for answers, help, or guidance. They don’t know that their own essence is leaking into the surroundings.

For example: A girl talks to a rock and asks for a boyfriend. Her essence spreads into the area, some sticks onto the rock, and over time the rock becomes a container holding that essence.

Later, someone else walks by, stands near the same rock for a few minutes, and suddenly gets weird ideas:

• Thinking about love or relationships out of nowhere
• Romantic or sexual thoughts
• Random urges that don’t match their own personality

This is the essence acting up and projecting ideas into their mind.

Essence From Animals

It doesn’t always come from humans. Animals also release essence.

When a child gets hit by these “essence bombs,” their behavior can suddenly change into something strange, such as:

• Trying to jump out of a window like a bird or a cat
• Running toward danger without thinking
• Acting out an idea instantly without processing it

The scary part is: Evil essences do not give us time to think. When they hit, we usually act right away without logic or control. This is especially dangerous for toddlers who cannot control their body yet.

Evil Essence = Ideas, Visions, Impulse

Evil essences influence you through:

• Ideas that suddenly pop into your mind
• Visions that show harmful actions
• Voices or urges telling you to do something weird

People do things like:

• Shooting themselves with a BB gun “for fun”
• Doing dangerous TikTok stunts
• Putting superglue on their head during a livestream

These ideas are not logical. They don’t “make sense.” People just get the idea, feel it, and do it — because the evil essence pushes them straight into the action.

Animal Essence Possession

There is also a type of evil essence left behind by animals. When it gets into children — or even adults — it makes them act like a beast:

• Growling
• Crawling like an animal
• Showing animal-like impulses or reactions

In the modern world, this is often labeled as a mental illness. But once the essence is removed and exorcised properly, the problem disappears instantly.
