How the SLB system works
- Admin registers your town once under your callsign.
- The backend reads official Clash participation automatically.
- Positive rewards use town-rank multipliers; extra towns earn reduced positive rewards.
- Missed-duty penalties remain full strength because each registered town is a real clan responsibility.
- Rewards go to the Tao-Game Coin Drawer. Coin Debt must be cleared before Coin-to-Stone cash-out.
Good duty is simple: check the Hall, use every required attack, finish Raid duty, and help the clan as one team.

Delete Pouch
This deletes a target user's selected Cosmic Pouch (it will never delete On Hand). Any remaining stones inside that pouch will be moved back to On Hand automatically.
Archive Old Transactions
Moves old rows from TXNS into ARCHIVE_TXNS and writes a log in ARCHIVE_LOG. Balances are not touched.
TXNS stays small
Reconcile / Integrity Check
Compares ACCOUNTS.balance with the ledger rebuilt from TXNS. Use this if anything feels off (manual edits, partial imports, etc.).
