Progress: Lesson 3 / 10

The Taoists (道士)

After entering the door, your Taoist life begins. From that moment on, you are no longer just an ordinary person. A Taoist is someone who serves the Tao, works for the Tao, and brings the Tao to others who are in need. Being a Taoist is not just believing — it is about putting the knowledge and power into real use.

A Taoist Is a Religious Worker

Do not misunderstand this role. Being a Taoist is not about being a Chinese doctor, a martial artist, or spreading Chinese culture. Taoism is a religion. A Taoist is a religious worker who communicates with the divine, uses divine powers, and brings those powers into the human world. Taoists deal with spiritual problems and the unseen world — the things normal people cannot touch or understand.

Modern “Taoists” on Social Media

Today, many so-called “Taoists” appear on social media, but most of what they promote has nothing to do with real Taoism. They talk about Chinese tea, herbal medicine, stretching exercises, calligraphy, or cultural arts. These things are fine, but they are not Taoism.

Why does this happen? Because of the Chinese government. The government today is anti-god and anti-spiritual, so Taoist promotion is forced to be “non-religious.” Magick must be marketed as “cultural art.” FU talismans must be called “art pieces.” Any religious wording needs to be sanitized. Taoists in China must finish every post with something like “believe in science, don’t be superstitious.” This is not the reality of Taoism — it is government censorship.

What Taoists Really Do

Chinese people all know what Taoists truly are. Whenever there is a ghost problem, paranormal disturbance, a haunted house, or anything beyond normal understanding, people think of finding a Taoist.

Movies show Taoists fighting ghosts, vampires, breaking curses, and dealing with spiritual attacks. Reality is similar — just less dramatic. Taoists handle spiritual cases, exorcisms, weird misfortunes, and situations that normal people cannot solve. To understand this properly, you must first understand what “evils” really are in our system, not just the movie version.

Communicating With the Above and Below

A real Taoist can communicate with both the “above” and the “below.” That means Taoists can talk to the gods and deities they connect to, and they can also communicate with spirits, ghosts, and beings from the Yin world. This is the core of Taoism, the “main dish” that has existed for thousands of years — even if the modern Chinese government tries to hide it.

A Special Path for a Special Worker

Being a Taoist is a very special path. You are learning a unique skill, connecting to a powerful source, and building the ability to help people with extraordinary problems. You can compare it to a person training to become a Chinese doctor — after years of study, they can diagnose and save lives. A Taoist is similar, but the field we work in is spiritual, not medical.

If You Are Still Interested, That Means Something

If you're still reading this and still interested, that already says a lot. Most people drop off long before this. The fact that you are still here shows that your heart is aligned with this path.

Now that you understand what a Taoist truly is, the next step is to Find the Tao that you are fated for.
