Before we learn how to use Magic Money, we must first understand what it actually is. Many people misunderstand this practice because they think it is the same as burning paper offerings for the dead. It is not the same thing. The purpose and the mechanism are completely different.
Most people in the world are familiar with burning paper offerings for their ancestors or for the dead. When they burn those papers, what is actually happening is that their own Chi goes into the paper while it burns. That Chi then goes toward the spirit world. In the spiritual world, Chi itself is a kind of wealth. Because of this, burning paper offerings is basically sending some of your own Chi to the dead person.

This is why many traditions say that burning offerings is a way to “give wealth” to the dead. But what they are really giving is their own Chi.
However, there is a problem with this method. The spiritual world is not a protected place. When people burn offerings in an open environment, many other ghosts and wandering spirits are around. These spirits can intercept what is being sent. In many cases, the Chi that was meant for one spirit ends up being taken by others. Because of this, the dead person may receive only a small portion of what was intended.
So this kind of burning is really just transferring Chi from the living person to the spirit world. It is not magic work. It does not ask a god to do something. It simply sends Chi to the dead.

Magic Money is completely different.
Magic Money is not about giving Chi to gods. Gods do not need human Chi. They already have their own power and their own resources. Burning Magic Money is not feeding them or paying them.
Instead, Magic Money is a token system used to communicate with the gods.
When we burn Magic Money, we are sending a request. Each type of paper carries a specific meaning. When the god receives it, the god understands what kind of help is being asked for.
Another important difference is the channel used for burning.
Most people burn paper offerings anywhere they like, and the result is unpredictable. But in our system, Magic Money is burned in a red steel bucket that is connected to the altar and the gods we work with. Because of this connection, the request goes directly to the intended god.
This creates a secure channel.
Other spirits cannot intercept the request. They cannot take the token, and they cannot interfere with the message. The Magic Money goes straight to the god that governs the altar.
Ordinary paper offerings are giving your own Chi to spirits or the dead.
Magic Money is sending a structured request to a god so the god can release power and help you.
