Progress: Lesson 7 / 12

What Are Evil Forces 邪煞?

Evil forces, or Saat 煞, are obstructive powers stuck inside your system. They block your flow, jam your movement, and make everything in life feel “stuck.” Saat is like someone piling trash in front of your door — you want to move forward, but something pushes you back every time.

How Saat Affects You

When Saat attaches to you, life becomes hard to move through. Common symptoms include:

  • Feeling blocked or stuck in everything you do
  • Speech getting jammed or looping on one sound
  • Plans constantly failing or stalling
  • Feeling tripped, interrupted, or held back all the time

It feels like an invisible force grabbing you from behind, not letting you move.

Emotions Triggered by Saat

As Saat builds up, it pushes negative emotions into the heart:

  • Easily frustrated
  • Always angry inside
  • Sudden fear or panic
  • Hot temper
  • Compulsive swearing or cussing

People cuss and say garbage words because their system is trying to “vent out” the blockage. The words are trash because the energy stuck inside is trash.

Saat Can Also Accumulate in Locations

Saat is not only inside people — it can be stuck in places too. Any location where chi cannot cycle back to the preheaven side will collect Saat, for example:

  • Disaster sites
  • Car-crash hotspots
  • High-stress buildings (hospitals, airports, courtrooms)
  • Roads during heavy snowstorms

Day 1 of a snowstorm is a perfect example: everyone is angry, scared, stressed, swearing, and venting. All that stuck chi floats around. Whoever drives through picks it up and becomes even more frustrated, anxious, or aggressive.

Long-Term Symptoms of Saat Infestation

Prolonged exposure to Saat can be extremely damaging. Common long-term signs include:

  • High anxiety
  • Feeling watched or blocked
  • Feeling trapped in life
  • Not wanting to go out
  • Bursting out suddenly like a volcano

Saat crushes your life momentum until everything feels hopeless and suffocating.

Saat in Kids

Children with Saat often:

  • Spit out nonsense words
  • Talk garbage non-stop
  • Have emotional outbursts
  • Act frustrated without reason

This is not “disobedience” — their system is trying and failing to vent out the obstructive force.

Understanding Saat

Saat is the energy of blockage, obstruction, and stuck flow. When it accumulates inside the body, nothing in life feels smooth. Recognizing these symptoms early allows you to clear out the stuck force before it becomes explosive.
