While pre-printed banners are readily available, crafting your own allows for a more personalized touch. Remember, the physical banner is merely a vessel; its effectiveness hinges on your intention and clarity about what you wish to achieve with it.
Understanding Intention: Intention is the driving force behind an action, born from the heart and often rooted in emotion. For instance, placing a banner with the hope of boosting business is a clear intention. It's essential to realize that intentions need not be logical or make sense in conventional terms. They are your personal desires and goals.
The Power of Intention: Why is intention so crucial? It's because we're dealing with preheaven energies, which respond to intentions rather than earthly logic. For example, if you place a banner near your computer desk with the intention of increasing business, the preheaven energies will pick up on this desire. The banner itself can be anything that resonates with or symbolizes your intention. A picture with gold nuggets symbolizing fruitful sales? Absolutely, that works perfectly.
Setting Up Your Banners: Choose the right spots for your banners and set them up before the new year. Keep them displayed throughout the entire Chinese New Year period. After CNY, you can take them down and store them in a box for future use, or you can choose to dispose of them. The main goal is to guide the preheaven energies precisely where they're needed to provide the support you seek. Once CNY is over, the banners can be removed as the energies have already received your message.
Creating these banners is more than just a festive activity; it's about aligning your space with your aspirations and inviting the right energies to support your endeavors in the coming year.
When discussing the significance of banners for Chinese New Year, it's important to consider the source of the energies we're channeling. These energies originate from your own Yuen Sun (spiritual planetary body) - think of it as your personal celestial body. If you find yourself on the Fan Tai Sui list and haven't addressed the issue, these energies might be disrupted. This means that even with banners in place, the connection and delivery of beneficial energies could be compromised.
For Taoists, there's an alternative: connecting our banners to the power of the lineage, the Tao. Using magical banners that are stamped, sanctified, and consecrated with the power of the gods redirects this divine energy to where it's needed. This not only counters the Fan Tai Sui problem but also brings blessings that exceed ordinary limits, elevating you to a higher level of life experience.
Ever wonder why Chinese banners are predominantly red and gold? Red in Taoist metaphysics is linked to the seventh phase of the nine-star concept, symbolizing the manifestation of intentions into physical reality.
Red FU Talismans, for instance, are used to influence events in the real world or to bolster ongoing activities. They're effective for enhancing business prospects, finalizing deals, or improving household harmony. When it comes to banners, black text on red paper is ideal for supporting and boosting existing situations. If you're aiming to initiate something new, gold text is the way to go. For example, use black text for "Harmony All Year" to enhance existing family dynamics. Conversely, gold text like "New Business Come Here" can help in manifesting new opportunities. The choice of color plays a significant role in the effectiveness of these banners.
Beyond traditional banners, consider incorporating FU Talismans into your Chinese New Year preparations. These talismans, available on our web store, are specifically designed for fortune, prosperity, and longevity. They offer a more potent alternative to the usual red banners, providing a stronger boost to your luck and aspirations. And don't worry if you miss out during the CNY period; these talismans are effective throughout the year without any time restrictions.
]]>Then there's your Ghost Altar 鬼壇, essentially the soul’s headquarters, representing the “ground” element in your system. This is the destination for all the goodies your Yuen Sun sends over. This system functions like a stomach, processing the Yuen Sun’s energies and transforming them into PostHeaven energies that you can use in real life. This conversion is what gives you the energy to think and to act.
Now, if you're in a Fan Tai Sui 犯太歲 situation for the year, it indicates that this boss of yours – the Yuen Sun – is struggling to connect with you. As a result, you’ll encounter various issues and obstacles, the severity of which depends on how serious your “FTS” problem is. In this context, Tai Sui refers to your own boss, the Yuen Sun, and Fan means it's upset or offended!
To figure out if you're affected by Fan Tai Sui in a given year, you should examine your date and time of birth. First, convert your birth date to the lunar calendar. Then, check the earthly stems of your birth year, month, day, and time to see if any of them fall on the FTS list. Being affected in all four elements suggests a significant impact throughout the year. However, if only one element is affected, the impact might be less severe. Generally, most people just look at their birth year to determine if they're experiencing FTS. It’s wise to take precautionary measures for FTS during the year, rather than waiting idly for potential misfortunes.
FTS is no small matter. It can lead to a disastrous year if not addressed properly. As a Taoist practitioner, I always advise people to take action against FTS, even if you're unsure about your status on the list. There’s no downside to performing the remedies – it can only bring benefits. It's like having a fully charged phone with a charging port but still carrying a power bank – just in case.
In Taoism, Fan Tai Sui (FTS) issues are linked to the five elements or phases, each associated with a specific type of obstructive force, known as “Saat 煞.” These Saats represent the challenges and obstacles you might face, depending on which element is affected.
To tackle FTS, you have a couple of options. One way is to rely on the Tao as your secondary Yuen Sun, supplying what your primary Yuen Sun couldn't for the year. This approach, known as Baai Taai Sui 拜太歲, is like having a backup power source when the main one fails.
Alternatively, you can use a FU talisman specifically targeting the Saat causing your FTS. Dissolving the Saat can significantly reduce or even eliminate the FTS issue. This method is called Sip Tai Sui 攝太歲, focusing on resolving the Yuen Sun’s cycle issue by neutralizing the obstructive Saat.

]]>As Taoists, our actions are driven by significance, not superstition. Blindly following traditions without understanding their essence is a futile exercise. In this guide, we'll focus on the meaningful practices that align with Taoist principles.
Starting from Lunar December 24th, it's time to wrap up the year and embark on a cleansing ritual. This process should be completed by the 28th, followed by a two-day rest before the New Year begins.
Here's what you should do:
By following these guidelines, you're not just participating in a tradition; you're actively shaping the energy and potential of your upcoming year in alignment with Taoist practices.
The first 15 days of the Chinese New Year are not just a festive period; they're a crucial time that sets the tone for your luck throughout the year. Picture your annual luck as a stock market chart, fluctuating over time. These 15 days act as a mini-graph that overlays your yearly one, influencing the overall pattern of your fortunes. Thus, it's essential to ensure this mini graph remains positive and stable to ward off bad luck and misfortunes.
Avoiding Negativity: During these 15 days, steer clear of conflicts, arguments, and anything that could sour your mood. Remember, you're still crafting your luck's "graph" for the entire year.
Selecting Guests Wisely: While it's a tradition for many, especially older generations, to host guests, it's crucial to be selective. Some relatives or acquaintances may harbor negative feelings like jealousy or resentment. Allowing them into your home out of obligation can adversely affect your home's energy, impacting your luck for the entire year. If you're aware of their true sentiments, it might be wise to rethink their invitation.
Decorations and Intentions: The purpose of decorations like lucky banners isn't just for show; they're tools for communicating with your home's energy. These decorations help convey your wishes for the year to the energy of your house. Make sure the phrases on these banners are meaningful to you. For example, "In and Out Safe!" for the door, "Healthy All Year" for the kitchen, and "Efficient, Productive, and Fruitful!" for the workspace. Whether in Chinese or English, the intention is what matters. Red banners are traditional, with black text used to amplify existing aspects and gold text to initiate new beginnings.
Handling Red Packets: Receiving red packets is a common practice, but be cautious. The giver's intentions and energies can attach to the money. To counter this, store received red packets in a box until after CNY, then spend the money on non-essential, consumable items instead of saving it. When giving red packets, ensure your intentions are genuinely positive and not out of mere obligation.
Post-15th Day: Once the initial 15 days of CNY are over, your luck pattern for the year is set, and you can resume normal activities, including hosting guests without concern for their impact on your luck. However, since it's still early in the year, a degree of caution is advisable for a little while longer.
By following these guidelines, you align yourself with the energies of the new year, shaping a more prosperous and harmonious path ahead.
Don't forget to check out our post on Fan Tai Sui 犯太歳 which is a very common topic of the CNY too!
]]>All ordained disciples are in constant need of this deity’s support during magical practices. Whether it’s fending off malevolent forces or aiding others in exorcism endeavors, the Elder Lord’s empowerment is crucial. While we can perform magic utilizing the power of the sect’s Religious Court, invoking the Elder Lord’s assistance streamlines the process, reducing the effort and complexity involved, thereby enhancing both the effectiveness and the power of our magical workings.
The Elder Lord’s principal gift is the enhancement of a disciple’s ability to wield their magical powers with precision and strength, safeguarding and empowering their local energy body at all times. Renowned for exorcism, he dispels any malevolent entities daring to confront the Tao. Additionally, he serves as a personal protector for the disciple, ensuring their safety and well-being.
We once encountered a situation where a client’s home was besieged by malevolent spirits, necessitating an urgent exorcism. A full-scale ceremony would have been costly and time-consuming. Instead, we sought the guidance of the Elder Lord, who bestowed upon us the Taai Ching Bagwa Army method. With this divine insight, a magical fan housing a cultivated celestial army was swiftly created. Deployed immediately, these celestial troops efficiently cleansed the home. The once pervasive chill of malevolence was replaced with warmth and peace, all achieved without the complexity and expense of a large ceremony. This episode beautifully illustrates the practicality and potency of the Elder Lord’s magic: swift, straightforward, yet profoundly effective.

]]>The anniversaries of these divine beings, marked by lunar dates, are as follows:
Upper Clears Ling Bo Tin Juen on June 22 (六月廿二),
Jade Clear Yuen Chi Tin Juen on December 29 (十二月廿九),
Ultimate Clear Do Duck Tin Juen (Elder Lord) on February 15 (二月十五).
Ordained disciples are the primary beneficiaries. Whether you're seeking guidance in life's direction, grappling with complex problems, or needing an extra surge of power to ward off malevolent spirits or magical attacks, the Saam Ching's powers are your go-to resource. Their powers are seamlessly integrated into your system, ensuring immediate accessibility whenever needed.
The Upper Clears play a guardian role within your Yuen Sun, overseeing your magic power reserves in the preheaven. They facilitate the reception of energies from the sect's Religious Court, enabling you to accumulate magical powers in your spiritual "bank account" and craft new magical FU, incantations, and methodologies for your personal magic system.
The Jade Clears find their abode in your Ghost Altar (the soul's base), assisting in the downward channeling of powers, akin to withdrawing funds from a bank.
The Ultimate Clears dwell within your local energy body, overseeing all local magical executions. They empower you to deploy magical forces to address life's challenges effectively.
A vivid example of their potency unfolded when a disciple, under attack, required urgent magical intervention. Leveraging the Saam Ching powers, I crafted and activated a FU talisman in under three minutes—a task that typically spans at least 30 minutes. This swift resolution was not just a testament to the powers' efficacy but also showcased their ability to bridge language barriers for disciples. Through these divine powers, disciples with difficulties in learning Chinese can now formulate new spells that serve as shortcuts to traditional incantations, ensuring the same effectiveness. This innovation has significantly eased the learning process and enhanced the efficiency and speed of creating FU talismans, proving invaluable in various situations.

Unlike many would perceive, thunder is not merely a symbol of chaos or destruction; in the hands of the Lord of Thunder Salvation, it becomes a tool for transformation and enlightenment. This Heavenly Lord is a steadfast guardian and a powerful teacher, working closely with the Heavenly Lord of Salvation to bring lost souls back to the path of Taoism.
Just as a child may stray from guidance, so too can souls lose their way. The Lord of Thunder Salvation acts as a strict but compassionate teacher, pulling them back with a strong hand. His presence in the lineage's system ensures that wandering ghosts are not just saved but also taught and realigned with the principles of Saam Law Tao.
Within our sect, the Blood Lake Hell serves not as a prison but as a correctional facility. It is here that the Lord of Thunder Salvation exercises his almighty power to neutralize and transform even the most unruly spirits.
Evil spirits, like wild animals with corrupt minds, can be tamed and transformed. The Lord of Thunder Salvation meticulously removes their evil tendencies and molds them into guardians and workers within the system. Through this transformative process, they may even ascend to the Religious Court and achieve immortality.
The Lord of Thunder Salvation is not only concerned with the afterlife; he plays a vital role in our exorcism and evil-busting magic. By capturing evil spirits into the hell system, he provides them with a chance for redemption, converting them from wickedness to righteousness.
The teachings of the Lord of Thunder Salvation and the compassionate wisdom of our lineage's system reveal the boundless possibilities for growth, redemption, and enlightenment. By understanding these profound lessons, we can tap into the eternal flow of Saam Law Tao, where even the most wicked can find salvation.

This god resides in the Celestial Court and deals with matters of the dead, specifically saving people from their sufferings in the spiritual realm. Unique to our lineage of Saam Law Tao, this deity serves a critical role in ensuring the spiritual continuity and ascension for the disciples of our sect.
Many might question why death is considered "suffering" and why there is a need to be saved. The Heavenly Lord of Salvation isn't for just anyone; it's particularly meant for the Taoists of our sect, aiming to guide and save them from potential hurdles after death.
Death is more than just a transition; it's a gateway to the next phase of existence. The Heavenly Lord of Salvation ensures that the disciples can reach their ultimate goal – Daai Law Tin or ascend to the Religious Court as an immortal.
The disciples of our lineage dedicate their lives to cultivate the Tao, and their post-death journey is critical. If, for whatever reason, a disciple fails to ascend to the Religious Court, this god's role becomes paramount.
The Heavenly Lord of Salvation projects power to pull the disciple into the lineage's network, even if they fail to meet the requirements to become an immortal. This salvation is not merely a rescue but a guiding light towards the righteous path.
If a disciple's soul's energy is too heavy to transcend into the Religious Court, they will be placed into the Blood Lake Hell of our sect. Contrary to the terrifying image, this hell serves as a correction center to treat and heal the soul.
It helps the soul get rid of all the negative energies, preparing it to enter the court and become an immortal.
During the mid-festival of the year, on lunar July 14-16, the Heavenly Lord of Salvation, along with the Ground Official Emperor, opens the Blood Lake Hell for a universal salvation event. It allows wandering ghosts and other spirits to enter the hell system, giving them a chance to cultivate and ascend to the Religious Court above.
This powerful and merciful act offers hope to all beings, giving them an opportunity to wash away their bad energies and transform into an immortal.
The Heavenly Lord of Salvation represents the compassion and wisdom of our Taoist teachings. It embodies the possibility of redemption and growth, transcending the physical realm.
We encourage you to explore the teachings related to the Blood Lake Hell, Ground Official Salvation, and other related scriptures within our lineage. Understanding the god of salvation brings enlightenment, clarity, and the true essence of Taoist cultivation.
Ordaining today as a disciple of Saam Law Tao opens the door to an extraordinary learning path, guiding you through life and beyond, under the watchful grace of the Heavenly Lord of Salvation.

Harmony or "Woh Hup" comprises two concepts: Woh, the alignment of things, and Hup, their combination. This union doesn't necessarily mean harmony; it's merely a confluence of elements, a meeting point. Hence, a more fitting word might be the God of Binding, although it's not a commonly used term.
Chung Hoi, on the other hand, signifies the breaking of connections and the pushing away of elements from each other, like stopping a fight by driving people apart.
The mention of Woh Hup magic often leads to misunderstandings associated with love magic. Let's clear up such misconceptions and understand its more practical applications.
These gods control the binding or separation of various elements: sky, ground, human, and yin yang. Their manipulation requires a profound understanding beyond the superficial concepts of clouds and rocks.
The Yuen Sun guides life's direction and sparks ideas. It's the source of inspiration and visions in life. By binding the Yuen Sun, harmony can be achieved between two individuals, allowing them to think and feel alike.
The ground element refers to the soul, controlling logical thinking. Binding the ground elements can align thinking patterns, leading to better understanding and reduced conflicts.
Binding the human elements increases the chances of physical encounters or similar life events, creating coincidental happenings.
The yin yang element governs communication. Binding or separating these elements can foster or hinder conversation and reconciliation.
Being bound with the TAO transforms you into a more proactive, learning, and wise disciple. Magic isn't restricted to binding people; it can also connect people to objects, businesses, or the sect, enhancing their connection and love for them.
Separation isn't always negative. If your child falls under bad influences, separation magic can help distance them from harmful companions. Magic is a tool, and its goodness or badness depends on its application.
The understanding of Woh Hup Sin Si 和合仙師 and Chung Hoi Sin Si 沖開仙師 is crucial in our Taoist practice. Harmony and separation are two sides of the same coin, guiding us to connect and disconnect as required by the flow of life.

Their big days are on:
Our disciples gotta keep these three in mind, especially if you're aiming to be a top-notch Taoist reaching your ultimate goal after this lifetime. Sure, we all dig blessings and good fortune from the Tao, but it's crucial to realize when we're slipping up or messing around without even noticing. These officials are like our cosmic wake-up call, pointing out our mistakes and giving us a chance to straighten up. The Tao looks out for us, doling out tough love so we know when we've veered off path, offering us a shot to make things right. Every one of us, including mine as the lineage holder, needs to pay special attention to these officials and their important dates. Don’t miss out on getting those blessings or the chance to say sorry and ask for a bit of leniency.
Upper Emperor Official of the Sky – He's the boss when it comes to deciding our share of fortune and wealth from the Tao. His verdict affects how much magic power and blessings we'll receive in our Yuen Sun (spiritual planetary body) for the year.
Middle Emperor Official of the Earth – He's like the strict teacher grading us on our conduct and quality, letting us know halfway through the year where we stand. It's a heads-up to correct our course before the year wraps up.
Lower Emperor Official of the Water – This official hands out the final grades and decides if anyone needs a bit of disciplinary action. Bad behavior could mean bad luck, illness, or even getting booted from the sect. It might seem like leaving was their own idea, but it's really a nudge from this official. At year's end, disciples can plead their case, asking for mercy to avoid punishment and get a chance to make things right.
Over the years, I've seen firsthand how real the influence of these officials is. I've had disciples who strayed or even betrayed the Tao, pretending all was well in front of me while their hearts were turning to stone. They can't fool the gods, though. The officials hand down their verdicts, and while these disciples might ignore the warning signs, eventually, they're shown the door, disappearing from our circle. But if they'd paid attention to the signs, they could've saved themselves a lot of trouble.

]]>Regardless of your gender, talent, or age, as long as you possess the faith and determination to achieve the ultimate goal of reaching the Taoist heaven, Daai Law Tin, you are welcomed. The Celestial Masters Power serves as a magical empowerment that you can harness for any of your magic in the lineage. This power is derived from the Celestial Masters, the divine teachers and the lord of gods, in God's Court, situated in Daai Law Tin. A special blessing has been bestowed upon us all, continue reading to discover more.
Within our lineage, there exist several courts, each serving a distinct purpose. The Celestial Court is the most superior one we can aspire to as human beings. The court's location is at a significant distance, akin to where the sun is, albeit in a different dimension that overlays the same location. Its role can be likened to that of the Yuen Sun (spiritual planetary body) of the gods in the lineage, possessing all the powers and resources for the gods.
Descending a step, around the atmosphere level, is the Religious Court. Its function is to allow us to utilize the powers of the gods. This court is akin to our "ghost altar" or the home base of the soul. It serves as the middle ground between our Yuen Sun and our physical body in this world.
Further down, we find the Physical Altar Court, which is either the altar itself or our body acting as the altar, in the physical realm. This court can be seen as the container of the gods' power, essentially the body of the gods. Without these bodies, the gods' power remains ineffectual.
Upon the demise of a disciple, their soul is inherently saved by the altar court and transitions into the Religious Court to continue their cultivation journey as a Taoist. It would take quite some time for them to earn their way up to the Celestial Court, and then undertake another lengthy journey to cultivate to be able to ascend to God's Court, ultimately reaching the final destination, Daai Law Tin.
If your determination is strong enough not to waste time and instead directly reach Daai Law Tin as your sole goal, you now have an opportunity. The divine teachers running the god's court in Daai Law Tin, collectively referred to as the "Celestial Masters," have granted us a scripture. This scripture, when cultivated by a disciple, can enhance their chances of reaching the ultimate goal directly.
One crucial aspect is that the Celestial Masters FU HEAD and the scripture could serve as a tool to empower any magic you perform, making it more potent. As long as your faith and determination to reach Daai Law Tin remains strong and unwavering, the Celestial Masters will provide an empowerment equivalent to your faith level. This could prove extremely beneficial when you encounter an obstacle that exceeds your current power limit.
To embark on this journey, get your copy of the "Saam Law Celestial Masters Scripture" ebook and learn the Celestial Master (Tin Si) FU HEAD from our tutorial. This will guide you on your path to empowerment and ultimately, the Celestial Masters Power.
Every culture has its fair share of folklore and traditions, some more mystifying than others. One such fascinating yet potentially menacing tradition is the Ghost Month. Originating in Asian cultures, particularly the Chinese, Ghost Month falls on Lunar July 1st, with this year's date being August 16, 2023. While it's often cloaked in the veil of reverence and spirituality, it's crucial to delve deeper and comprehend the potential threats it can pose.
Ironically, Ghost Month, as we know it today, is not a "real" entity. It's the result of years of ceremonies and worship that have transformed an abstract idea into a seemingly tangible reality. People have performed countless rituals over the years, feeding the so-called "hungry ghosts" in an attempt to do good. Unfortunately, these actions might have led to inviting less-than-benevolent spirits and looters from the spiritual realms to our world.
What's particularly concerning is the fact that most individuals can't "see" these entities and therefore naively continue the tradition, unknowingly feeding into a cycle of spiritual harm.
These spirits, or looters, aren't limited to ghosts alone. They can assume various forms and come from different spiritual worlds. Their primary objective is to drain the most valuable resource in our world - our soul energies. This energy is seen as a form of wealth in their realm, used to create items and facilitate transactions.
Initially, when your soul energy is siphoned off, you may not feel a significant difference. Over time, however, frequent attacks by these entities can lead to numerous issues - physical fatigue, frequent illnesses, lethargy, depression, and even drastic changes in behavior. The long-term effects can be detrimental, causing antisocial behavior and irrational decisions.
Recognizing these dangers associated with the Ghost Month, there are ways to protect ourselves and our homes. Here's how you can tackle this menace head-on with our Ghost Month Special:
Visit our website's "FREE Initiation" page to get started. After the initiation, you will receive a PDF with comprehensive instructions. Follow these and email your photo, name, and request for official initiation.
After official acceptance, print the free Ghost Month PDF, which contains a FU. You can print and cut as many as needed.
Follow the method on our "Disciple Lesson Page" to draw the protection FU over the printed FU. After activation, send a photo of the FU(s) for confirmation.
Once I receive your photo, I'll personally sanctify and consecrate the FUs, rendering them ready for use during the Ghost Month.
You can now use the FU as a protective shield, carrying or taping it anywhere to fend off malicious spirits or looters.
As a disciple, you can learn more from the Disciple Lesson Page, which provides information on other tools like the purifying FU to cleanse bad energies.
For those eager to further their understanding and power, consider taking the ordination route. This will allow you to embark on a direct learning journey, deepening your knowledge of the spiritual realm and learning how to protect yourself and others more effectively.
While the Ghost Month is deeply ingrained in certain cultures, it's crucial to realize the potential threats it can pose. By equipping ourselves with the right tools and knowledge, we can transform this traditionally intimidating period into one of empowerment and spiritual growth. Remember, knowledge is the most potent form of defense against unseen threats.
]]>If you've ever pondered questions such as "What can a Taoist Magic ceremony achieve?", "Which ceremony do I require?" or "When is the optimal time to perform a ceremony?" then consider this your comprehensive guide to uncovering the answers. Welcome to a primer on Taoism and Taoist magic, created for everyone from beginners to seasoned practitioners. And if you still find yourself curious about certain elements, we're always here to assist.
Taoist magic ceremonies fall into three distinct categories, namely, Positive, Negative, and Neutral. Each category serves a specific purpose and addresses unique needs:
1. Positive Category - Add anything to you
2. Negative Category - Remove anything from you
3. Neutral Category - Making changes, gain control or correct things
Positive ceremonies serve to empower you. They can infuse you with purification magic, bolster your career prospects, bless you with safety, enhance your competitive edge, and provide the spiritual strength needed to overcome life's obstacles.
Negative ceremonies are protective measures that absorb impact, purge bad energies from a location, expel malevolent spirits, neutralize harmful energies causing accidents and conflicts, or allow gods to assimilate your offerings and gifts.
Neutral ceremonies function as counteractive measures against harmful magic, facilitate the transition from bad luck to good, offer control over your relationships and work dynamics, provide an edge over competitors, and correct Feng Shui energy flow.
Regardless of your life's circumstances, there is a suitable ceremony available. It's crucial to remember that the ceremony isn't defined by the magic performed but by the outcome it achieves for you. As Taoist Masters, our role is to help you personalize a ceremony that meets your needs, moving away from standard 'set menus' and one-size-fits-all setups. Authentic Taoist ceremonies aim for tangible results, not theatrical performances.
When requesting a ceremony, simply share your needs or what you'd like assistance with, and we will suggest the appropriate ceremony. Over time, we've learned that not everyone is prepared to undertake a significant ceremony initially. Hence, we offer budget ceremony options that are both accessible and effective.
Think of it in medical terms: Not every ailment requires surgery. Sometimes, over-the-counter medication or acupuncture might suffice. Moreover, regular preventative care, like routine acupuncture, can help maintain overall health, thereby preventing the need for invasive procedures.
The same principle applies to Taoist ceremonies. Regular ceremonies function as spiritual therapy, maintaining your spiritual health, and potentially preventing the need for more substantial intervention in the future.
We conduct routine ceremonies every 1st and 15th of the Chinese lunar calendar. You can participate in these by submitting your offerings in advance. These sessions serve as an excellent opportunity to strengthen your bond with the gods and fortify your spiritual well-being.
Exorcism often becomes necessary when issues escalate, necessitating intensive resources. However, regular spiritual check-ups, coupled with maintaining spiritual health through budget ceremonies, can preemptively address issues, minimizing the need for large-scale interventions like exorcism.
Whether you're facing challenges or striving for self-improvement, a Taoist magic ceremony can provide you with divine assistance. Ceremonies are channels for us, as mediums, to relay your needs to the gods, draw their power, and deploy it where you need it most.
For beginners, we recommend starting with a budget ceremony focused on purification and empowerment. It's akin to spiritual self-care, rejuvenating your spiritual body just as a spa session revitalizes your physical self.

In our lives, a pattern is constantly at work, subtly yet determinately shaping our experiences and realities. This intricate dance of energy, moving from the pre-heaven to the post-heaven phase, is foundational to the Taoist wisdom of metaphysics and Feng Shui.
In Taoist Feng Shui, the energetic ebb and flow parallels how feelings give rise to thoughts, which in turn spawn actions materializing into tangible experiences. Your property, too, is part of this cosmic dance, with its spiritual body interacting with pre-heaven energies to shape your physical reality and, by extension, your future.
The spiritual body of a property can be perceived as a mirror that reflects what might manifest in the future. If there is an imbalance or an issue in the spiritual body, it can lead to unfavorable outcomes in the physical world later on. Consequently, negative occurrences in our current reality are often the consequence of a previously disturbed spiritual energy.
The Taoist method of assessing a property’s Feng Shui is direct and effective. It involves opening our celestial vision and immersing ourselves in the spiritual dimension layer of the property. This eliminates guesswork, providing a real-time view of the existing energetic landscape.
Contrastingly, conventional Feng Shui often focuses on the physical aspects of a property, estimating the energy flow based on visible characteristics. While this might address issues already manifested, the approach is inherently reactive and relies on pre-established formulas, much like predicting the weather based on typical patterns in nature.
Taoist magic equips us to navigate the spiritual dimension, enabling us to see, listen, sense, and traverse this ethereal plane. This capability, powerful as it may be, demands a high degree of discipline, mental clarity, and continuous vigilance against spiritual attacks or pollution. Despite the onerous demands, Taoist priests and masters bear this responsibility with honor, in their quest to restore harmony between the physical and spiritual realms.
So, how does a Taoist Feng Shui consultation work? The journey begins with a soul travel to your property's spiritual dimension. It's important to note that this exploration does not infringe on the privacy of the inhabitants of the property.
The energy body of your house, akin to a spirit, has the ability to transform and shapeshift its appearance to communicate. The energy world operates differently than ours, where changes can be easily made, reminiscent of how one might alter a profile picture in an online world.
During the consultation, the Taoist priest or master surveys the spiritual structure of the property, both its exterior and interior, gathering vital cues and messages. Post consultation, these findings are documented, analyzed, and interpreted for deeper insights.
The final stage involves divination with deities at the altar, further contributing to the understanding and evaluation of the property. This divine communication, when combined with the insights gathered from the spiritual examination, gives birth to comprehensive advice and suggestions for enhancing the property's Feng Shui.
The spiritual inspection typically spans eight sectors, correlating with the Qimendunjia's eight doors. If an issue arises within a sector, a corresponding remedy is applied in the physical location. An example would be if the 'death door' (sector 7) has a detrimental energy overflow, a remedy would be to place a particular object in the washroom (the physical equivalent of the 'death door') to halt and suppress the energy.
For a more detailed diagnosis, a Feng Shui compass might be used to explore the spiritual body of the property. This compass serves a dual purpose – apart from determining the directions, it also acts as a magical tool, flipping through the layers of the house's spiritual body.
In conclusion, regular Feng Shui check-ups can help optimize the energy flow in your space, enabling you to tap into its full potential. Remember, the Taoist approach to Feng Shui is not about guesswork or estimations but an intricate process of diagnosis, analysis, and precise application of remedies. At the bare minimum, consider scheduling a spiritual diagnosis once a year. Ideally, this should be done during the winter months. Why winter, you might ask? As the year draws to a close, it provides a ripe opportunity to cleanse any accumulated spiritual toxins and prepare for the fresh energy of the New Year. An annual spiritual diagnosis helps ensure that you start each year on a positive note, ready to tackle the opportunities and challenges that lie ahead.
If you run a business or frequently organize large events, a quarterly spiritual diagnosis is recommended. A lot can transpire over three months, including changes in business dynamics, competitors’ activities, or event-specific issues that might have a spiritual bearing. By conducting a diagnosis every quarter, you can preemptively tackle any spiritual issues that might impede your business or event success.
If you're facing any spiritual issues—like signs of magic attacks, ghost problems, or inexplicable negative energy—you should immediately schedule a spiritual diagnosis. This diagnosis is not necessarily a cure-all, but it can identify the root of the problem and guide the course of action.
During the diagnostic process, a small amount of remedial magic is often performed. While this might not completely resolve the issue, it does provide some immediate assistance—a valuable bonus while you plan your next steps!
We understand that the cost of a spiritual diagnosis might be steep for some. Therefore, we offer cheaper follow-up sessions for those who have already undergone an initial diagnosis. A follow-up session involves revisiting the same spiritual locations inspected in the first diagnosis, checking up on the progress, and making necessary adjustments.
The lesser cost of follow-up sessions isn't because the work is reduced—in fact, it's the same amount of work. We offer it at a reduced rate to make the service more accessible and provide support when you need it most.
Some might question the expense associated with a spiritual diagnosis. However, when you compare it to the cost of a professional health check-up or consulting with a specialist, the charges are in line with the extensive preparation, risk, and experience involved.
Every spiritual diagnosis involves the master soul-travelling into your Yuen Sun—your life source—and potentially risking magical attacks. It's akin to a police officer scouting a potentially dangerous location where there might be armed adversaries. The risk of a magical battle breaking out during a diagnosis is very real and has happened many times in the past.
The cost of a spiritual diagnosis, therefore, reflects not just the service but the personal risk and years of cultivation that the master has undertaken to acquire these skills. Rest assured that every spiritual diagnosis is done with utmost care, dedication, and respect for your spiritual well-being.
As you progress through your spiritual journey, regular spiritual diagnosis becomes an essential tool to guide your path. No matter the cost, the insights, guidance, and peace of mind it brings are truly priceless.
One of the key aspects of a spiritual diagnosis is the unique opportunity to seek divine guidance. Along with the primary focus of your diagnosis, you can also bring up specific questions or concerns that you'd like to have addressed. This can range from matters of personal relationships to career choices or even spiritual growth.
For instance, you may want to know more about a person you're currently dating or contemplating a significant professional move. These concerns, while not directly related to the diagnosis, are integral to your life and can be greatly illuminated by divine wisdom.
Our gods are ever ready to provide insights and guidance to assist you in your decision-making process. They offer not just answers, but also advice on the best course of action. You may find that their divine wisdom reveals perspectives you may not have considered, bringing greater clarity and confidence to your choices.
Remember, a spiritual diagnosis is not just about identifying potential spiritual threats. It also offers a unique window to divine guidance, enhancing your overall well-being, and equipping you to navigate life's challenges with spiritual wisdom.

In the realm of Taoist spirituality, Yuen Sun 元神, also known as the "Spiritual Planetary Body," holds a significant position. It is considered to be our spiritual origin, our life source, and the guiding force behind our fate or destiny. In essence, the Yuen Sun represents our spiritual self, our celestial self, and influences our earthly existence in profound ways.
According to Taoist belief, our Yuen Sun carries our Pre-Heaven essence and it connects us to the celestial universe, resonating energies that affect our Post-Heaven life - the life we lead after birth. It's like an invisible star guiding our life path, subtly influencing our choices, our feelings, and our overall life journey. It is always in a state of interaction with us and has a direct bearing on our spiritual health.
Understanding and connecting with our Yuen Sun provides valuable insights into our spiritual well-being. By checking up on its condition through spiritual diagnosis, we can find key indications about our spiritual health, possible threats or blockages, and guidance on how to improve and strengthen our spiritual well-being.
For a deeper understanding of the Yuen Sun and its crucial role in our life, you may refer to our detailed article here.
Intention, in the context of a spiritual diagnosis, is the driving force that gives direction to the process. It's your 'why', the reason behind seeking the spiritual diagnosis. This clarity of purpose allows the spiritual master to conduct an insightful and targeted investigation, similar to how a doctor needs to know the symptoms to diagnose the ailment correctly.
A clear intention in a Yuen Sun check-up is like a compass guiding a ship in a vast ocean. It focuses the examination and steers it in the direction that provides the most valuable insights for the individual. An unclear or unfocused intention might lead the process astray, resulting in irrelevant findings that may not address the true issues at hand.
The power of clear intention is just as significant in the spiritual realm as it is in our everyday lives. Consider a simple example from daily life: hiring a plumber. If you hire a plumber to inspect your home but provide no specific details about the problem at hand, the plumber might spend hours inspecting your entire home's plumbing system. They could identify issues that, while important, aren't necessarily your immediate concern.
However, if you provide the plumber with a clear intention, such as "Please fix the kitchen's leaking faucet," they can go straight to the problem area. Their work becomes more focused, efficient, and beneficial for you. Similarly, when approaching a spiritual diagnosis, providing a clear intent can guide the spiritual master directly to the core issues that need attention, bringing about a more effective, personalized, and insightful diagnosis.
Without a clear intention, the spiritual diagnosis might become a broader, more general check-up, which may or may not address the concerns you have. Therefore, intention acts as a crucial guiding force, making the spiritual diagnostic process more targeted, insightful, and beneficial for your unique needs.
While having a clear intention is crucial, rest assured that any significant spiritual problems won't be overlooked during the Yuen Sun check-up. Similar to how a flood in a house can't be ignored, major spiritual issues present themselves prominently during the diagnosis, and they are promptly addressed by the spiritual master.
Master Jee Sifu, with his cultivated celestial vision and soul-travelling ability, expertly navigates the spiritual realm during a diagnosis. His vast experience and battle-tested wisdom enable him to perceive significant threats and devise effective solutions, offering comprehensive support for your spiritual health.
The Spiritual Health Assessment requires a unique blend of skills, particularly celestial vision and the ability to undertake soul travel. This capacity is not commonplace; it is only attainable by a master who has devoted years to rigorous cultivation and practice.
Our master, Jee Sifu, possesses these extraordinary abilities, honed through extensive battle experience and real-world training. His hands-on engagement in spiritual combat has granted him profound insights and the power to traverse spiritual realms safely. It is through these invaluable experiences that Jee Sifu has developed the celestial vision necessary to conduct these in-depth Spiritual Health Assessments. His expertise and understanding offer reassurance and trust in the precision and efficacy of the process.
A Spiritual Health Assessment involves exploring your soul energies, evaluating your local energy body, and analyzing your Yuen Sun, or Spiritual Planetary Body. In Taoist practice, the Yuen Sun is considered the life source, mirroring real-life situations and potential stressors.
The process utilizes the Taoist magic soul traveling technique, a powerful practice which demands thorough preparation and precaution. Initiating at the altar, the practitioner soul travels into the client’s spiritual realm, carefully recording observations before analyzing the findings and discussing them with the divine entities present at the altar. This is followed by a review, cleansing, and finally the preparation of a detailed, easy-to-understand report for the client.
A Spiritual Health Assessment acts as a preventive measure, revealing hidden threats and potential issues that might be impacting your life adversely. It can uncover whether you are being spiritually attacked, experiencing draining luck, or even being targeted by magic. Furthermore, your Yuen Sun could foreshadow upcoming events or changes, offering you an opportunity to prepare and potentially avert unfavorable circumstances.
For instance, in one case, a client's business and personal health were under attack from competitors, leading to significant challenges, including vision loss. The assessment not only revealed the source of the issues but also provided a strategic plan to counteract the attacks, resulting in improved health, fortune, and overall well-being.
Whether you're facing inexplicable personal problems, business challenges, or simply interested in understanding your spiritual health better, a Spiritual Health Assessment can provide crucial insights.
The practice, refined over decades, leverages extensive spiritual combat experience and the rich knowledge base of Saam Law Taoism. It provides a professional approach to resolving spiritual issues, guided by the Jee Sifu’s wisdom and divine communication.
To benefit from a Spiritual Health Assessment, submit a recent photo and briefly describe the issue or concern prompting your spiritual check-up. It's essential to approach the process genuinely and sincerely, and not as a test or challenge to the practitioner.
After submitting your request, Jee Sifu will perform the ceremony and prepare your report. Following this, you will receive detailed findings, including recommendations and potential future plans.
To better understand what a Spiritual Health Assessment entails, we've prepared a sample diagnostic report for you. Yip 業, represents an accumulation of energies that can become stagnant within one’s system, obstructing the natural flow of energy. In Taoism, Yip 業 is also referred to as "obstructive energies" or "obstructive forces," indicating its potential to hinder the natural progression of life energies.
This concept is distinct from the Indian notion of karma and is deeply rooted in Taoist principles. In Taoism, we recognize the cyclical flow of energy through nature. Energy progresses through a sequence from 1 to 9, symbolizing the nine dimensions or categories in nature. This energy then either moves to a new system or cycles back to 1, continuing the pattern.
Yip 業 is created through the intentions and actions of human beings. It begins with an intention in the heart or mind, which builds up and creates energy within. This energy motivates thoughts and, when strong enough, leads to verbal expression or physical action. The three primary causes of Yip 業 are the heart, the mouth, and the body.
For instance, suppressing the urge to speak ill of someone creates a form of Yip 業 associated with the mouth. Restraining oneself from acting on negative impulses results in Yip 業 related to the body. Similarly, suppressing emotions, such as love, leads to Yip 業 of the heart.
Yip 業 is not inherently negative. It can create internal pressure, often referred to as stress, which can be a motivating force. However, excessive Yip 業 can be detrimental. It is essential to find a balance and ensure that energies do not become stagnant.
Positive Yip 業 can be a driving force in life. It motivates individuals to strive for betterment, be it in career, education, or personal development. This form of Yip 業 is akin to the pressure that propels one forward.
Negative Yip 業, on the other hand, is like a pressure cooker without a release valve. It builds up and can lead to an uncontrolled release of energy, often directed at unrelated targets. Moreover, one can also be affected by the Yip 業 of others, especially if they are in a negative environment or around individuals who are sources of negative energies.
As students of Taoism, it is crucial to learn how to harmonize Yip 業. This involves finding ways to release excessive energies in a controlled and positive manner. In Taoism, we utilize our spiritual altar as a conduit for channeling these energies. The altar absorbs these energies, transforming them into a resource for spiritual practices.
It is also essential to protect oneself from external sources of Yip 業. Surrounding oneself with positive influences and maintaining a balanced environment is key. Be mindful of the energies you absorb from others and learn to shield yourself from negativity.
Understanding and managing Yip 業 is a fundamental aspect of Taoist practice. It is not just about avoiding negative energies but also about harnessing and channeling energies for personal and spiritual growth.
For those who are keen on deepening their understanding and learning how to effectively work with Yip 業, getting ordained in Taoism is a significant step. Through ordination, you will gain access to ancient wisdom and techniques that will empower you to dissolve obstructive energies and harmonize the energies within and around you.
Furthermore, as part of your journey, we encourage you to read the eBook "My First Taoism Book." This book serves as an introduction to Taoism and provides valuable insights for seekers and believers.
Yip 業, often associated with the term karma for ease of understanding, represents the energies that accumulate within our system. These energies, also known as obstructive forces, can be positive or negative, and understanding how to harmonize them is essential for spiritual growth and well-being. Through Taoism, individuals can learn ancient techniques to manage and channel these energies. By getting ordained and immersing oneself in Taoist teachings, one can set forth on a fulfilling journey towards spiritual enlightenment and harmony with the natural flow of energies.

Often, individuals may feel as though their efforts and hard work do not yield the fruits they deserve, while others seem to reap the benefits. This perception of inequity can sometimes be attributed to the belief in luck-stealing magic. Such magic is thought to be employed by entities that utilize covert methods to divert the success and rewards of one’s labor towards themselves.
In Taoism, ‘luck’ is conceptualized as the flow and condition of energies transferred from one’s Yuen Sun (spiritual planetary body) to their physical being, facilitated by the soul. The soul acts as an intermediary, processing and delivering the essence of life, which encompasses potentials for health, wealth, love, career, and success. Luck-stealing magic is believed to interfere with this transfer, either by hijacking or rerouting it.
1. Direct Theft: This involves directly tapping into one’s Yuen Sun and stealing potentials before they manifest. It is akin to uprooting seeds before they can sprout.
2. Rerouting: This form involves redirecting the delivery from one’s Yuen Sun to another recipient. It is like someone else claiming a package intended for you.
3. Interception during Processing: This occurs when the energies delivered by the Yuen Sun are being processed by the soul. It is like someone snatching a paycheck as you are about to deposit it.
4. Diversion Post-Processing: This involves tapping into the energies after the soul has processed them but before they reach the physical body. It is like someone else enjoying the results of your efforts.
5. Energy Drain through Negative Emotions: This is often unintentional and occurs when individuals’ negative emotions and complaints create an energy drain affecting those around them.
The term ‘energy vampires’ refers to individuals whose presence or interaction leads to a feeling of being drained. This is often attributed to the negative energies they emit, which can cloud one’s judgment, dampen spirits, and deplete energy levels. Being around such individuals can be likened to being enveloped in a smog of negativity.
To shield oneself from luck-stealing magic and energy drains, it is essential to cultivate one’s protective powers. This can be achieved through learning and practicing Taoist magic, such as that offered by Tin Yat Lineage. By joining a lineage, individuals gain access to collective power and support, which can bolster their own magical practices.
For those facing severe cases and in need of immediate intervention, distance ceremonies can be employed to neutralize threats and halt the adverse effects of malevolent magic. Following this, individuals can cultivate their powers to build resilience against future challenges.
Understanding the complexities of mystical practices such as luck-stealing magic and energy drains is the first step in empowering oneself to counter these influences. Through education, cultivation, and the adoption of protective measures, individuals can fortify themselves and their loved ones against these mystical adversities. At Tin Yat Lineage, we are committed to providing the knowledge and tools necessary for this empowerment, fostering resilience and well-being in the face of mystical challenges. Take a stand against being a passive recipient of external influences and actively engage in safeguarding your luck and energy.
]]>In a previous article titled “Luck Stealing Magic and Energy Vampires,” we provided an in-depth explanation of luck-stealing magic. In essence, this practice involves the extraction of positive energies or potentials that one is meant to receive from their “Yuen Sun” (a term referring to a spiritual energy source). The soul, which acts as an intermediary between an individual and their Yuen Sun, is often the target of these practices. It is akin to a courier service that facilitates the transfer of benefits from the Yuen Sun to the individual. Luck-stealing magic interferes with this transfer, depriving the individual of these benefits. For a more detailed understanding of the soul’s role, we recommend reading our article titled “The Soul and Spirit.”
One might wonder why certain entities engage in luck-stealing practices. Sometimes, individuals inadvertently invite negative energies through their actions or thoughts. For instance, when someone prays or wishes for something without a clear intention or understanding, it can attract the attention of malevolent entities. These entities may then manipulate the energies to their advantage, often at the expense of others. This is similar to how a computer without proper security can be vulnerable to hackers.
When faced with luck-stealing magic, it is crucial to recognize that the entities or individuals behind these practices are often well-versed in mystical arts. To effectively counter these influences, one must equip themselves with the necessary knowledge and tools. Joining a lineage such as Tin Yat Lineage, which specializes in Taoist magic, can be likened to joining a community watch program. Not only does it provide you with the tools to protect yourself, but it also connects you with a network of individuals who can offer support and guidance.
Upon joining our lineage, you will gain access to various magical practices, including the use of “heart spells.” Additionally, building a Taoist Magic altar with a Saam Ching statue can further bolster your defenses. The statue serves as a conduit for storing and transforming energies, which can then be utilized for protection. It is important to note that the statue is not an object of worship but rather a tool for channeling energies.
For those who may not be ready to fully immerse themselves in learning magic, there are alternative protective measures available. One such measure is the use of FU Talismans, which can be customized to suit individual needs. These talismans can be worn or infused into objects such as pendants. In severe cases, a distance spiritual diagnosis and ceremony may be necessary to address the issue effectively.
There are two primary avenues for earning money: Direct Wealth and Sideway Wealth. Direct Wealth refers to income earned through active engagement in a career or business. In contrast, Sideway Wealth involves growing your existing finances through investments such as stocks or real estate.
Both Direct and Sideway Wealth are essential for a balanced and sustainable financial life. While Direct Wealth provides a stable income, Sideway Wealth allows your money to work for you.
In Taoist Magic, there are two main deities associated with financial prosperity, known as Choy Sun or the Wealth Gods. These deities are the Direct Wealth Deity and the Martial Wealth Deity.
The Direct Wealth Deity can be invoked for assistance in career-related matters such as job security, promotions, networking, and recognition of talents.
On the other hand, the Martial Wealth Deity can be sought for guidance in making wise investment decisions, controlling spending, and developing a keen sense for investment opportunities.
Taoist Magic is a systematic practice that requires a specific method to connect with the deities. The process involves three essential steps:
1. Establishing Connection: This step is akin to dialing a phone number to connect with the deity.
2. Communicating Your Request: Clearly convey what you seek assistance with.
3. Receiving the Blessing: Have a medium, such as a FU talisman, to contain the deity’s blessing so that you can carry it with you.
For instance, if you seek assistance from the Direct Wealth Deity, a Taoist practitioner would establish a connection with the deity at an altar, communicate your request, and then empower a FU talisman with the deity’s blessing. This talisman is then sent to you, allowing the deity’s influence to be with you.
It is important to understand that the assistance from deities is not tangible, as they are not physical beings. However, their influence can be profoundly powerful. Often, this influence manifests as an internal feeling or intuition that guides your thoughts and actions.
To effectively engage with Taoist Magic for financial prosperity, trust and belief in the deities are crucial. Demonstrating your commitment through offerings is a way to show respect and trust.
If you are keen on harnessing Taoist Magic to improve your financial luck, you can reach out to a Taoist practitioner who can assist you in connecting with the deities and receiving a customized FU talisman.
For those who wish to delve deeper and have the ability to perform these rituals independently, ordination as a Taoist and setting up an altar is an empowering path. Regularly engaging with Taoist Magic can not only improve but also secure your financial prosperity, especially in a competitive environment.
Remember, financial prosperity is not just about accumulation but also about protection and growth. Taoist Magic offers a holistic approach to financial well-being, guiding you on a path of balanced wealth and fulfillment.
In Taoism, the heart is believed to guide us by expressing desires. These desires, when cultivated wisely, can open paths for personal growth and preparedness. For instance, a farmer plants seeds not because they need fruits immediately, but because they want fruits in the future. Similarly, preparing for emergencies or investing in security for one’s home might not be an immediate need, but a desire to be prepared. This preparedness can be invaluable in times of crisis, saving time, money, and reducing stress.
While the heart might sometimes lead us towards impulsive wants, it is essential to engage the mind in evaluating these desires. By considering the long-term value and implications of our wants, we can make more informed decisions.
Taoism speaks of the pre-heaven and post-heaven energy bodies. Our senses, such as sight and hearing, absorb elements like light and wind into our pre-heaven energy body. In contrast, the post-heaven body represents our physical existence. A Saam Law Taoist adopts a proactive role by using the post-heaven body to influence the pre-heaven energy body. This reverse role allows us to educate and refine our heart, leading to better guidance in the future.
Quality possessions can have a positive impact on our well-being. When we acquire better tools or indulge in finer things, our heart opens up. This openness allows the release of potential, leading to enhanced creativity, efficiency, and productivity. For students, having a conducive environment and good tools can significantly improve their academic performance.
Life is about being prepared. Whether it is preparing for the day ahead or cultivating skills for self-improvement, preparedness is key. This principle also applies to the cultivation of Taoist magic. Cultivating magic should not be a reaction to adversity but a proactive pursuit. This cultivation prepares one to face challenges head-on.
It is imperative to recognize the importance of balancing needs and wants through the wisdom of Saam Law Taoism. Cultivating this wisdom allows us to lead more fulfilled and prepared lives.
If you are intrigued by the insights shared and wish to delve deeper into Taoist wisdom, consider getting ordained to learn more about Saam Law Taoism. This path is open to all, regardless of age or background. Additionally, for those who seek further enlightenment, we recommend reading the eBook "Tao Te Ching Simplified" available in our store. This book is a treasure trove of wisdom that can guide you in transforming your life.
Embark on this journey of self-discovery and cultivation, and embrace the Taoist wisdom that empowers you to balance your needs and wants for a more harmonious and prepared life.
Tao and Te embody the principle of cultivating and giving back. Imagine a tree that bears fruit; you harvest the fruit (Tao), and in return, you must nourish the tree (Te) to ensure its continued abundance. This symbiotic relationship is essential for sustainability and growth. However, it is imperative that the giving back is directed towards the source from which one has received. You can also read our book on Tao Te Ching to learn more about this!
In the context of Taoist magic, it is essential for the recipient to contribute something before receiving the benefits. This contribution can be monetary or non-monetary, such as trust, faith, and cooperation. The extent of the benefits received is contingent upon the nature and sincerity of the contribution. For instance, if a client approaches us for Taoist magic but lacks trust or cooperation, the efficacy of the magic may be diminished despite our best efforts.
Appreciation is a powerful form of giving back. It is not always material; sometimes, it is the expression of gratitude, acknowledgment, and positive feedback. For example, when a mother bakes a cake for her child, the child’s expression of joy and words of appreciation are the rewards that the mother cherishes. Similarly, in Taoist magic, the appreciation and positive feedback from those we help reinforce the cycle of Tao and Te.
When employing Taoist magic to help others, especially those who may not have the means to give back materially, it is important to act as a conduit for the higher powers of the lineage, such as Saam Law Jo Si. By doing so, you are not depleting your own resources but channeling the energies of the higher powers to assist those in need. The recipient’s gratitude and appreciation, in turn, strengthen the lineage and the higher powers.
After helping someone through Taoist magic, it is essential to complete the cycle by transferring the give back. First, internalize the gratitude received by reflecting on the experience and appreciating your own efforts and the lineage. Second, share your experience with the masters and the lineage to inspire and motivate others. Lastly, offer your gratitude to the altar or through the heart spell method if you do not have an altar, as a way to thank the higher powers.
As practitioners and disciples of Taoist magic, it is our responsibility to continuously cultivate our skills and knowledge. Through mindful giving and receiving, we not only enhance our own abilities but also contribute to the growth and sustainability of the lineage. The art of reciprocity in Tao and Te is not just a practice but a way of life that fosters a harmonious balance between the individual and the cosmos. Whether you are an ordained disciple or considering joining our lineage, embrace the power of Saam Law Taoist Magic with an open heart and a spirit of giving.
]]>Based on extensive teaching experience, the journey of a disciple can be encapsulated in three fundamental pillars:
1. Cultivating Meaningful Relationships
2. Adopting a Proactive Approach
3. Learning through Service
As a newcomer to the lineage, it is vital to foster relationships with fellow members. This is a community where bonds are cherished, and every individual is valued. Engage in conversations, participate in discussions, and share aspects of your life that define you. For instance, if you have a passion for technology, share images of your workspace. If art is your forte, let your creations be the medium through which others get to know you. These interactions not only facilitate your integration into the community but also enable others to appreciate the uniqueness you bring.
Proactivity is the cornerstone of learning. Passive observation will not suffice; one must actively seek knowledge. Engage with the teachings, ask questions, and participate in discussions. Even if you harbor doubts or believe your question may be trivial, do not hesitate to voice it. It is through this active engagement that a true connection is formed, allowing for the transfer of wisdom from teacher to disciple. This connection is the conduit through which knowledge is not just acquired but internalized.
As you progress in your journey, you will amass a wealth of knowledge. It is both a privilege and a responsibility to use this knowledge in the service of others. Assisting newcomers, answering their queries, and guiding them not only contributes to their learning but also reinforces and expands your own understanding. There is no zenith in the pursuit of knowledge; it is an ongoing process of refinement and growth.
An integral aspect of being a disciple is the practice of conclusion. This entails giving back to the lineage in recognition of the wisdom, guidance, and empowerment received. This cyclical process of receiving and giving is fundamental to the cultivation of Tao and Te. Neglecting this practice can lead to a waning interest and stagnation in one’s journey.
The pursuit of Taoist magic within the Tin Yat lineage requires dedication, resources, and time. It is important to understand that magic is not an inexhaustible resource; it is cultivated through investment and can be harnessed for various purposes. However, this power comes with responsibility and should not be mistaken for a panacea. It is essential to approach this path with realism and commitment.
Embarking on the path of a disciple within our lineage is a journey of immeasurable learning and growth. Through the cultivation of relationships, proactivity, and service, one can truly embrace and thrive in this role. ]]>A Taoist incense blessing spell elucidates the essence of incense:
“Tao learns from your heart; heart is passed by the incense. The incense burns in the jade pot, and your intention is then revealed in front of the lords.”
This spell signifies that the gods discern your intentions, faith, and emotions through the incense burnt in a special pot. Here, “jade” metaphorically represents a vessel carrying thoughts. Essentially, lighting incense signifies the commencement of a session with the gods, during which your mind is connected to them. This connection allows for a heart-to-heart communication, transcending the need for spoken words.
While incense is integral to Taoist rituals, the colors red and yellow bear specific purposes. However, it's important to note that the absence of incense doesn't hinder communication with the gods if the faith is strong. In certain situations, even a timer or an hourglass can serve the purpose, provided there is an agreement with the deities.
Yellow incense is typically used for communication, while red incense signifies urgency and is used when seeking immediate assistance or granting of wishes. Although red incense is associated with urgency, it does not imply that yellow incense is weaker. The efficacy lies in the relationship with the gods rather than the incense itself. Using the specific colors of incense adds a layer of formality and enhances the session.
It is imperative to understand that burning incense is akin to entering into an agreement with the gods to spend time with them. Lighting incense and then walking away is highly disrespectful, much like initiating a video call and then leaving the person on the other end hanging. When incense is lit, it is a commitment to engage with the deities for the duration of the incense burn. If you are unable to dedicate a long duration, it is advisable to use shorter incense sticks or cut them to a suitable length. This is not considered impolite but is rather a conscious acknowledgment of the time you can commit.
Tea is symbolic of absorption and understanding. When we offer tea, we are essentially asking the deities to listen and comprehend our words and intentions. This is particularly important when we communicate with them through the burning of incense.
The tea offering typically consists of three cups of tea. The type of tea is not as important as the intention behind the offering. You can use any tea leaves or even the contents of tea bags. If the altar is hosted by multiple individuals, such as family members, you can use a small teapot with tea. Each person symbolically pours a small amount into the cups, indicating a collective offering.
Liquor, in contrast, symbolizes invigoration and activation. It is akin to energizing the deities and calling them to action. This is especially significant during ceremonies or when divine intervention is sought.
On regular days, three cups of tea are the standard offering. However, during significant ceremonies where the deities are called upon for specific actions, five cups are offered. It is important to fill the cups at least halfway. Be generous with your offerings, as if presenting them to a revered guest. Additionally, ensure that the cups are cleaned before the next round of offerings.
While pouring the tea, specific spells are recited. These spells are essential as they symbolize the act of the deities consuming the tea.

This spell pays homage to the sky, ground, and human realms, representing the three dimensions. The sky is the source where the altar connects to, which is the Religious Court of the lineage. The ground represents the spiritual dimension of the inner world of the altar, known as D6 or dimension 6. The human realm represents reality where the physical altar is situated. The spell conveys the wish for the court above to rain down, for the altar's spiritual world to connect and respond, and for the blessings to be delivered to the physical realm.

]]>Incense undergoes a transformation when burned. The physical form is consumed by fire, and in its place, smoke carrying aroma and color rises. This smoke, imbued with energy, is absorbed by the surroundings. Notice how areas with regular incense burning often develop a distinct coloration and fragrance.
This transformation illustrates a fundamental principle: the physical form contains non-physical elements, and upon destruction, these elements are released and absorbed by another entity.
Your intentions, thoughts, and energies, all non-physical, are infused into the incense. As it burns, these energies are released and absorbed by the altar, statues, and the higher powers to which your altar is connected.
In essence, incense serves as a conduit for delivering non-physical energies.
Taoists should burn incense at their altar daily. This practice is akin to investing your time and energy into the altar and the Tao. By consistently giving energy, you add “weight” to the Tao, prompting it to reciprocate over time. This is similar to the water cycle, where evaporation leads to cloud formation and eventually rain.
In addition to incense (fire element), Taoists also offer water, tea, or liquor (water element). While incense sends energy to the preheaven, liquids attract energy to the postheaven. Liquids absorb ambient energy, which is then absorbed by the physical world.
This cycle of giving and receiving is foundational to Tao and Te cultivation. Without incense, there is no pressure exerted on the preheaven, and without water, there is nothing to contain the energy that is released.
Burning incense demands focus and respect. It is essential to be undistracted and fully present in the moment. Refrain from talking or engaging in other activities while handling incense.
The manner in which you hold the incense affects the energy infused into it. Generally, holding the incense with your left hand using the thumb and index finger, and encircling it with your right hand, is known as the Munn 文 style. This is used for inputting thoughts and messages.
Conversely, swapping the hands is known as the Mo 武 method, used for inputting commands or requesting output of power.
The incense used at the altar is consecrated, meaning it is connected to a higher power, making it more than ordinary incense.
The number of incense sticks burned is symbolic and varies depending on the purpose. For example, one incense stick represents a one-way connection, while two can symbolize attraction or absorption. Three incense sticks often signify the beginning of an interaction or the initiation of a process.
Regular communication with the higher powers through incense strengthens the bond, much like frequent conversation nurtures human relationships.
It is imperative that the altar is properly connected to the preheaven. Burning incense at a DIY altar that lacks a genuine connection can attract spiritual entities seeking to consume the energy you offer. These entities can masquerade as deities but are, in fact, energy looters.

In the spiritual world, soul energy is akin to currency. This energy is used to create and manifest desires instantaneously. There is no need for physical currency or bartering. The more soul energy one possesses, the more they can create. This is especially crucial for entities ranging from ghosts and ghost immortals to gods in the celestial court.
On the other hand, in our physical world, we need money to purchase goods and services. However, even if we possess money, sometimes we might not find what we desire. When our ancestors bless us from the spiritual realm, they send us preheaven energies. These energies manifest as opportunities, ideas, and paths that help us achieve our goals. This is the wealth bestowed upon us from the preheaven realm.
At its core, wealth is based on trust. Consider the bartering system, which was one of the earliest forms of trade. For instance, Mary, who can catch three fish a day, might trade her fish with Tom, who can hunt one deer a day. This trade is based on the labor and time invested by both parties. However, trust plays a significant role. Mary trusts that Tom is offering a fair trade, and Tom trusts that Mary is honest about her catch.
As societies evolved, currency was introduced to facilitate trade. Governments issued coins and bills, which people used for transactions. The value of this currency was, and still is, based on trust in the governing authority. If trust in the authority wanes, the currency loses its value.
In modern times, wealth is often represented by numbers in a bank. This system works because people trust the banking institutions. If this trust were to collapse, the entire financial system would crumble.
Wealth, in essence, is an agreement of trust and the power of the heart.
In the postheaven world (our physical realm), we thrive on heart power from the preheaven realm. This heart power gives us the drive and purpose in life. It instills confidence and a sense of direction.
Conversely, the preheaven realm requires our soul energy. This energy is vital for their existence and ability to manifest their desires.
In summary, the preheaven entities, including gods, ghost immortals, and spirits, require our soul energy as wealth. In return, we, in the postheaven world, benefit from their heart energy, which enriches our lives.
